SUCCESS - Sustainable University Enterprise Cooperation for Improving Graduate Employability
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the "Džemal Bijedić" University of Mostar participates as a partner in the project "Sustainable University Enterprise Cooperation for Improving Graduate Employability" - SUCCESS.

The project would be implemented for three years, starting at the end of 2020, and the end is planned for 2023. The goals of the project are multiple.
The broader goals of the project are:
The modernization of the Universities of the Balkan countries through the strengthening of the UEC partnership in order to increase student employment also encourages international and regional cooperation between universities.
Specific objectives:
Developing cooperation with industry and assessing the specific needs of students
Modernization of 3 study programs, with emphasis on real problems from practice. 4 items will be updated as needed. Also the implementation of entrepreneurial learning.
Strengthening existing and establishing new start-up services
Development and implementation of internship programs
Creating a wide network of universities and the economy both locally and regionally.
By achieving these goals and establishing cooperation, increase economic growth by developing new industries. The project also envisages the purchase of valuable equipment, which will be available to students and staff. The SUCCESS Project is currently in its initial phase, and a number of interesting and useful activities can be expected in the near future for both students and staff of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
