Final exhibition of the European Global Product Realization project (EGPR 2019)
On Monday, June 17, 2019 The final exhibition of the European Global Product Realization - EGPR 2019 project was held as part of its final week hosted by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, during which students of that faculty, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering from City University of London and the Product Product from the University of Budapest created and developed their own solar canopy design for charging electric vehicles. In addition to professors, students and trainers who participated in the project, the presentation was attended by representatives of companies from the energy sector, companies engaged in the design and construction of structures, as well as numerous students, professors and other guests. The ceremony was followed by a live video link by students and faculty from the City University of London and the University of Engineering and Economics in Budapest, as well as many others interested.
After the presentation ceremony of the project, the details of the project were presented by the participants themselves. At the end of the main ceremony, there was a refreshment in the snack, which the students used for a more detailed presentation of certain concepts through flyers and posters.
After the lunch break, the academic presentations of individual groups of students were evaluated by the professor. After the presentations, the participants were given well-deserved certificates that will be a great proof of their abilities in the future development of their professional careers.
The week ended with a farewell dinner, at which impressions were summarized and ideas for some future joint projects were presented.
